To reserve your event date, please complete the Contact Us form on our website. Our team will follow up with availability and next steps.
A 40% deposit of the total venue cost is required along with the signed contract to secure your date.
A $1,000 security deposit is also required at the time of booking.
An additional 50% payment is due approximately 6 months prior to the event date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
- 181+ days before event: Full return of deposit and security deposit
- 180 to 91 days before event: 50% of initial package cost refunded
- 90 to 31 days before event: 25% of initial package cost refunded
- 30 days or less: No refund
